⏳ "Master Your Time: The Eisenhower Matrix for Productivity & Motivation" ✅(Esteem able Check List) ✅
Yooo what's up? Thanks for clicking and taking the time to read this article. I promise that it was worth it. If you don't already practice something to keep yourself or your tasks organized, you're in the right place. Even if you do think you are an organized person, but want to get some extra insights and maybe improve your organization and healthy habits.
I wanted to share this because for so long I was a master procrastinator, or I just never had my head in the right place and thought that I was doing the things that I needed to get done but I at the time was struggling to get done one or two things within a whole 24-hour day period. With this tool you can prepare yourself and have hard proof of what to focus on and help direct your thinking and inspiration through the day, and if you'd like like I got used to check things off as you go.
After I started and did this a few times, I got into a really healthy habit and the things that I was able to get done in a day or within a day started to blow my mind especially when I went over the last few days of my task and saw that not only did I check every item off from a day but I did for whole weeks in a row. I'm not perfect I have not done it every single day but when I did and I was pretty close to the first few weeks my motivation and focus was like night and day.
After reading this article I Promise once you start using this little trick you won't go a day without doing it, not only does it help you stay organized and focused, but it helps you create some healthy habits and get into the practice of thinking ahead. Also because how good and organized it makes you feel, and something you can always use as a reference, and a practice that will help you get even more things done.
Especially if you are one who might struggle to even make a To Do List, how far you will go in a matter of days using this tool you will thank me later. Not only will you be organized but at the end of the day you can hold yourself accountable and go over your list and check off ✅ the things that you were able to accomplish, and if you don't get to everything that is totally fine. No worries you just put it on the To Do List for the following day. Believe me I know because this has happened to me. helped me get focused, stay motivated, give me the ability to think ahead and concentrate and get done a lot more tasks all from using this tool.
To start out if you don't know already up top Left is President Dwight D. Eisenhower and next to him is an old classic film called The Matrix. The tool that I'm bringing to your attention and want to tell you guys about is called the Eisenhower Matrix.I came across this tool about 6 Months ago because I was searching the internet how I can keep myself more organized and what are some ways I can keep a check list or something that tells me what is on my priority for the day, week, month.
I only really ever used this tool to get things done for the day but now that I think about it you can move up your timeline to weeks, matter of days, or longer.
To start off 1st step you want to ask yourself what are somethings that are very important and that I want to put down that I should or need to get done.
I usually do this the morning of but sometimes I will ask myself this the night before so that I'm not surprised and can think things through the night before.
Let me Break it Down
There are four quadrants, namely:
- Do Now – urgent and important tasks
- Schedule – less urgent but important tasks
- Delegate – urgent but less important tasks
- Delete – neither urgent nor important tasks
To Do List Sunday Night 4-21-25
1. Pray
2. Journal
3. Meditate
4. Get to work.
5. Pick up rent check.
6. make doctors appointment
7. Pick up Groceries
8. Get Laundry Done
9. Read my book/ listen to podcasts.
10. Eliminate scrolling on Sociaal Media.
Now that I have my List done for things I NEED to accomplish the following Day.
Time to put it into the Eisenhower Matrix Outline
Sunday Night or First thing Monday Morning
Quadrant 1 (To Do)1. Pray 2. Pick up groceries 3. Pick Up Rent Check
Quadrant 2 (Schedule)
4. Get to work 5. Get Laundry Done 6. Journal
Quadrant 3
7. Journal 8. Read my book/ listen to podcasts 9. Meditate
Quadrant 4 (Eliminate/ or limit)
10. Scroll Social Media/ watch netflix
The best part of this whole thing is this next part. In the beginning I have to admit, when I went back over the things I set out to do in the beginning of the day or when I wrote it out the night before and then went back over the list after I was able to check things off the list,✅ ✅ ✅ it was a huge stroke to my Ego.
Especially if you are one who might struggle to even make a To Do List, how far you will go in a matter of days to using this tool you will thank me later. Not only will you be organized but at the end of the day you can hold yourself accountable and go over your list and check off ✅ the things that you were able to accomplish, and if you don't get to everything that is totally fine. No worries you just put it on the To Do List for the following day.
Or it was a big shot to my self esteem. Not only does it help you think clearly, help you focus, help you prioritize like regular adults should. This is something that does not take long to do and can help you avoid stress and help you prioritize and the benefits are all positive.
I needed something like this at the time because there were days when I would come to and think to myself like what the hell have I've been doing there is so much stuff I have missed and forgot that I could have got done. With this short tool I am confident it will help plenty of people that will put it to the test.
