Weight Lifting Combined Calisthenics

Coming to you live, fresh start fitness community. That means everyone is  welcome at fresh start we discriminate on no one... That is in less you do not feel as if you need to re-rack your weights because that's a gym party foul. We don't stand for that nonsense at fresh start.

The mission of this article is to reach people that are trying to better them selves in the gym. 

All the stuff I write about is the things I'm going through and my experiences so just realize you can do it yourself today tomorrow whenever you decide to put the work in like I choose to do. 

Ok the Topic: Weights lifting mixed with Calisthenics

I could get in trouble from Nasa letting you in on this science backed training but it's all about the GAINS. 

 Calisthenics allows you to push the maximum amount of blood into your muscle which in turn is expanding your muscles making them bigger and stronger making them have to grow and heal back stronger and bigger. Calisthenics pumps blood in to your muscle and grows your muscle. Forcing your muscles to grow back stronger and leaner. 

Plus you get that tight feeling which feels really great. And you can stare at yourself in the mirror all night. 

So you're in the gym. Let's say it's Monday; International Chest Day. You are really into it and about to begin set number three on the bench press.

So you get done with your four sets of bench press and you can still go and do another fifth set you know it in your head you can do it. 

Well that is nonsense. You aren't training as hard as you can be and getting the maximum strength and shape you dedicate so much time into. 

Introducing Calisthenics

Whatever you're doing as far as weight training. Pull downs for back bench press for chest, triceps machine. That's great!

When you can't go any further...on the machine or bench press that is when you give yourself a thirty second to 1 minute rest and then...

Jump right into Calisthenics

Right into push ups until failure.

So just get down and do as many push ups as you can do, or dips on the bench, or planks,

You will see a dramatic sky rocket in strength. That means more size and more cuts. Muscle burns fat. 

If you're doing squats you can do wall sits or jumping jacks. Go the extra mile. Push ups until failure. Dips on a bench press until failure. 

Grow your muscles. Become more confident. Build muscle and shed the low self esteem. Grow self worth. Put together a plan. Stick to it. And be your best self and better than you were yesterday.
