Increase Muscle Growth by promoting bigger pumps

Muscles pumps create the ability for our muscles to grow bigger and leaner. When I lift weights my muscles feel tighter and more full. Muscle pumps help our bodies develop bigger and leaner muscles.

When our muscles are working via weight lifting or other exercises, our bodies need to give our muscles energy, and our bodies do this by giving our muscles more blood which carry energy and nutrients for our muscles to power through exercises. The increased blood flow to our muscles increases muscles in size and creates the tightening of the muscle feeling.

Blood is pumped into our muscles for proper energy and nutrients to keep performing. Blood flow from lifting creates a pump that grows muscles and makes them feel tighter. It's almost like there stuck in the flex position and 5x bigger when I'm not even flexing them.

Muscle Definition
When you lift to achieve a pump you're also conditioning your muscles and increasing muscle definition. Since pumps are created when you perform higher reps and lower weight, the more reps you perform the more muscle you will develop and grow. Chasing the pump will increase muscle definition, so stick to lower weight and high reps. Aim for 25-30 reps per set. 

Strength Gains 
Muscle pumps cause our muscles to expand and grow during our workouts. During this stage our muscles open up the possibility for muscle growth in the future. Kind of like muscle memory, when our muscles grow so much from the pump during our workouts it makes it possible for our muscles to grow even more after our training is over. When our muscles grow during an exercise it gives us more potential for lean muscle growth. More muscle means more strength. 

Lowers Body Fat %
Muscle pumps create blood flow to the muscles. Blood flow to the muscles expand our muscles and make our bodies capable of more lean muscle growth. More muscle in our bodies means less chance of fat to be stored. Because what you consume will be used more and more by your muscles rather than if you didn't have much muscle it would be stored as fat. But since you have more muscle the body will use food for muscles and not fat. The more muscle you have the faster our bodies shed off fat.

Vascular Physique 
More muscle in our bodies mean that fat will be stored less because what we consume will be going to feed our muscles rather than fat. When we have lower body fat percentage our veins start to come through our skin. Also, the more muscles you develop and muscle pumps will develop more and more muscles, the more veins needed to pump blood into the muscles so more muscle leads to more and bigger veins to help the muscles get the oxygen and nutrients they need to perform and grow.

Lean Muscle Growth
Muscle pumps are created when you lift weights a certain way. High reps and low weight is the way to create a mean pump. More reps means more blood being filled into your muscles. This is also the same way to train for Muscle Hypertrophy, which is lifting a muscle until failure. This causes your muscles to grow back bigger, stronger, and leaner so it can take on more the next workout. The How: 
- High Reps Low Weight
- Shoot for 3 sets of 25 reps. If you can do 25 reps easy then go up in weight.
- Go until Failure
- Perform sets until you can barely perform the last rep, but don't overdue it, when you can't go anymore move on to the next exercise
- Shorter rest time between sets
- Shorter rest periods will increase blood flow to our muscles and increase pumps, which increases lean muscle growth

2. Hammer Curl super set with close grip EZ Bar Curl

In order to get that satisfying tightening of the muscles and muscle pump we need to up our repetitions in our sets and shorten our rest periods. Aim for 3 sets of 25-30 reps. The more contracting and reps performed will create more blood to flow to our muscles. The bigger the pump the more our muscles will expand and create bigger leaner explosive muscle growth,
