Capitalize fat loss with Coffee

Question: How does Coffee contribute to fat loss?
Boosts Metabolism
The faster your metabolism is the more calories you're burning. This is true even in a rested state like sitting down at work, or driving in your car. and when you're sitting down having that cup of coffee thinking about how much calories you're burning! HEHE

The bottom line is to REV up your metabolism, this can happen through
DRINKING COFFEE
Drinking Green Tea
Eating spicy food
Good nights rest
HIIT, (High Intensity Interval Training)
Eating lots of protein
Lifting heavy objects not just weights
Drinking cold water

Weight loss = calories burned > calories consumed. So help yourself out and drink a cup of coffee and do some of these things to rev up your metabolism more and more!

Less craving for food= less food consumed= more fat loss.

I find this especially true, besides my morning protein shake with BCAA's, fish oil and multi vitamin I wouldn't really say I eat much, what I do do is drink a cup of coffee every morning. And let me tell you, if I hold off on a coffee until say 10am my day starts at 6, after I drink the cup of coffee, ten minutes later the desire for food has vanished so this is definitly a helpful tool for fat loss. Just make sure if you're going to do this to have BCAA's in your protein shake in the morning, that will help preserve muscle through a calorie deficit. I've been packing on lean muscle and cutting shredded now doing this so it works.

Thermogenesis
Coffee also heats up the body, which in turn makes it burn calories. You'll see a lot of people drinking coffee in the winter and when it's cold, it doesn't just make your hand warm, but it creates heat, which creates energy and burns calories in our bodies, which has a direct impact on fat loss.

Increased Energy/ Pre Workout cup of coffee
More energy you have= longer you'll want to exercise and more you'll want to get done before getting bored and lazy and want to snack all day.  More reps, more miles, more minutes on the tred mill or whatever= more FAT LOSS. Also more you'll opt to walk or just do physical activity in general. This is a no brainer, more energy you have the faster you're going to walk from one destination to another.

I also think about less energy= feeling tired and bored , and I know a lot of people eat out of boredom. (NO NO NO)  So having a cup of coffee and getting some energy can keep you mentally focused on getting things done as much as physical energy, which correlates with burning calories through more movements. Coffee is as good for the mind as it is for the body. Plus the more you drink the more you'll want to explore awesome small town cafe's and city coffee places with friends and that stuff is fun grabbing a cup of coffee for a date or with your friends.

I haven't been anywhere where coffee is over $1.65. It's very cheap to get yourself coffee and get yourself the energy you need, and get focused on what you have to do during your day. Also may help you make some friends, there's always awesome people in every cafe I walk into! There is also so may different types of coffee available, they have regular kinds, less caffeine kinds, and natural roasted kinds also. You might have some fun finding a kind that suits you! Going our for a cup of coffee with friends is a great way to socialize! You don't know what you're missing!
